To provide our service, we collect the following information from Spotify on your behalf after you grant us permission:

• Spotify User ID: Your unique identifier on Spotify.
• Spotify Display Name: Your public profile name.
• Spotify Refresh Token: A secure, encrypted token that allows our application to act on your behalf without storing your password. This token is stored securely in our database.
• Followed Shows: We access the list of podcasts you follow to use as a source for your playlist.

We also store configuration settings you provide, such as your desired playlist name and any exclusion rules.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the PodListSync service.
• Connect to your Spotify account to manage your playlist as configured.
• Communicate with you, including responding to your support requests.

Data Storage and Security

Your configuration settings and encrypted Spotify Refresh Token are stored securely in a cloud database. We do not handle or store your Spotify password at any time.

Third-Party Services

Our service relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Spotify: To access your account data and manage playlists.
• Google Cloud Platform: For secure data storage.
• Vercel, Inc.: For hosting our application.
